Quintana Beach has quickly become one of our favorite camping spots. The park itself is clean and quiet, and if you turn your back on the refineries, it's easy to pretend they're not there. The beach is kept quite clean of trash, and because it's a paid beach, it's rarely crowded, especially early in the morning.
We spent the Cinco de Mayo weekend there, and had a great time alternating between long walks on the beach and sitting around doing nothing.
Awesome, high clouds on Saturday morning
Sunset over the park and refineries
A crowd-free beach on Sunday morning
And, as always, the mutt having a great time being a dog
